First day back

Today was my first day back to "work". We have been home with our sweet Rylan for 6 weeks now and we were missing our sweet Cooper like crazy! The day went fabulous and the boys were SO excited to see each other! They stayed by each others side all day long.

I really wish I had taken my camera into his room this morning when I went to get him up. The smile on his face when he saw Holden and I was the sweetest smile ever!!

Cooper we are so glad to be back playing with you each day!!

Rylan's Birth Announcement

Just wanted to share our sweet boys birth announcement. My amazing friend Missy took these AMAZING photos of Rylan for us! I was so super excited to use them on his announcement but never quite found exactly what I was looking for so I decided to just make them myself. I LOVE how they turned out and am super happy with them.

Oh, Pinterest!

Y'all I know I have said it before but I am totally addicted to Pinterest! It seriously is crazy how many pins I have {980} and I am sure I have completely forgot about half the things I have pinned. Between the DIY and crafts, Home Decor and recipes alone I could spend hours looking at Pinterest.

So I decided today that because I do have sooo many pins {now 989} I am going to start cooking/making at least one thing a week from now on! It's my Pinterest Challenge! So starting tomorrow I am going to find something among my 989 pins to make/do. I really want to try out some of the yummy recipes that I have pinned on there. They all look soo good! I also want to make a bunch of other things like a new duvet cover for our comforter. The one that I have had the stuff to make it for months but haven't made it yet.

I also have a bunch of things for the boys pinned. Not only stuff to make but also lots of crafts and activities for Holden to do.

Just a few thoughts

Hello! Here are a bunch of random things running thru my head with a few pics of my babes

* One of these days I AM going to go to bed before 1 am.... Maybe
* Yesterday we took Holden to ride the train in the mall. I think he liked it but was super tired(picture below)
* I am been sewing again this week and it feels awesome! I couldn't do much in the last few months I was prego with Rylan just because I would get so wore out. And I have made some of my fav tees ever!
* Jack has been jobless for two months now. He had an interview that sounded super promising last week but we haven't heard anything else yet.
* We are all finally over the stomach bug. It was bad and I feel SOO bad because my mom helped out with the boys when I was sick last week and now she has the bug
* Rylan is the sweetest baby ever but he has been getting a lot of gas lately(tmi?) and spitting up more. We changed his formula last week to see if that would help but so far it hasn't. He goes for his one month check up this week so we will see what the doctor says
* While driving down the road today Holden started singing along to "Red Solo Cup" now that's a kid after my heart! So funny!
* Speaking of Holden, we are down to one pass pass(paci). He had gotten on such a habit of sleeping with one in his mouth and multiple(like 2 or 3) in his hands at night. Well last week he forgot three at moms and was down to two here at home. And then he lost one
* I am SO addicted to Pinterest that it isn't funny. Exact that it is. Oh and words with friends. I actually sat in a room with three friends the other night and for over 30 min we didn't talk to each other cause we were so busy playing each other! Totally sad!! Lol!!

That's all I've got for now and remember I'm going to bed before 1! Ha!

Happy 1 month birthday Rylan Levi!

How in the world has the past month already gone by?? I can't believe that my baby is already a month old! We are so blessed to have another sweet little boy and he is just amazing. Full update on what Rylan is up to coming soon but for now here are a few pics from our monthly photo shoot today. : )

Small little hands

To me it is the best thing in the world to have a newborn in your home. The smell, their little cry, the sweet way the curl up under your neck and go to sleep, the way they sleep, just about everything. I love the fact that I have these two sweet boys to love on every day!

 Earlier I was loading pictures from my phone onto my computer and was noticing how these two boys sleep EXACTLY the same way when they are babies! It's so funny to me that Rylan sleeps just the way Holden did when he was a baby. I can swaddle him to the best I can and, just like Holden did, he will pull those little arms out and put those hands right up by his face.

 

I love those sweet little arms and can't believe that my sweet little Rylan will be one month old tomorrow! Love these sweet boys like CRAZY!
